Hi, I'm Silver. This page is where I explain my bodywork practice — what a session is, how I work, and the thinking behind it.

My sessions are LGBTQ+ friendly, and open to men and anyone.

Bodywork

This work is for the body that's tired — and for the person who has been carrying too much for too long. A session addresses physical tension alongside what modern life accumulates: stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, the quiet disconnection of urban living.

Some people arrive needing to be held without agenda. Others come to reset from prolonged overthinking, emotional intensity, or the weight of being constantly available. You don't need to know exactly why you're here. Arriving is enough.

Each session takes shape from what you bring into the room. Nothing is decided in advance — the experience unfolds from there.

Space

A quiet environment where all bodies are welcome. You arrive as you are — nothing needs to be performed or explained.

Sound

I curate music for each session. You're also welcome to bring your own — your playlist becomes part of the experience, shaping the rhythm of the touch.

Touch

From light strokes to deep, slow work — always responsive, never mechanical.

Aroma

Carefully selected essential oils, chosen intuitively — for how they shift the body's state, not just for fragrance.

Bodywork session

Growing up in China, my first encounter with bodywork was through traditional Chinese massage — a system rooted in meridians, acupoints, and the felt sense of the body's internal flow. It wasn't something I studied at first; it was something I absorbed.

Later, I deepened this through formal training in Swedish techniques and anatomy, developing a grounded understanding of how muscles, fascia, and structure interact. Friendships with other practitioners brought in elements of Thai and Japanese bodywork along the way — absorbed through exchange, not curriculum. The different ways of knowing the body gradually became one.

But technique is only one layer. I am naturally attuned to subtle shifts in energy, emotion, and presence — listening not only with my ears, but with my hands, my attention, and my awareness of the space between us.

To me, massage is not a routine. It is connection — and the practice of accepting the body as it is.

I work slowly — slowly enough to listen. My hands are always doing two things at once: offering touch, and reading what the body returns. The state of the muscle and skin beneath my hands tells me where to stay, how much pressure to give, when to slow down further. The session unfolds from that ongoing exchange, not from a plan.

I know something has shifted when the breath changes. It's the first sign that the body has decided it's safe — not because I've done something dramatic, but because slow, consistent, gentle contact has accumulated into a kind of permission. That moment is what I'm working toward from the very first touch.

I also want to name something about this work that often goes unsaid. Outside of massage, there are very few spaces in modern life where sustained, large-scale skin contact between people is simply allowed. That rarity carries a quiet significance — not sexual, but genuinely human. I receive that trust with care.

What I hope a person carries when they leave is not just a looser body, but a memory of what it feels like to be looked after. Gentle, unhurried touch reminds the nervous system that it is safe. That sense — even briefly held — has a way of staying.

For me, massage is a way of connecting with people and the world — and a practice of learning how to simply be. It is not a sexual service, and enquiries of that nature will not be responded to.
